This is flight sim replica of Boeing 737NG Overhead Power Control Panel (home cockpit parts). It consists of two layers and is ready for backlight. Both layers was cut on CNC routing and precision laser machines and painted with two layers of durable industrial grade paint RAL-7011 (Iron Grey) for first layer and RAL-9002 (Grey White) for second layer. Gauge frame has regular glass and basic gauge imitation closing unused opening. This "fake" gauge dial can be easily changed to "real" working gauge using the same mounting holes and screws (our gauges only). |

Panel includes painted screws (not DZUS) which connect first and second layers. As on real Boeing 737 NG cockpit modules our upper layer outer edge and rectangular annunciator cutouts are finished on routing machine and have rounded edges, as well as all round openings (for buttons, switches, etc.) have hidden recesses to mask switch/button mounting nuts and washers. |
