Delivery Information

We accept both PayPal and Credit Card payments. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Since our goal is your safety and confidence, all transactions made through this Website are protected with latest security methods, so you can be sure that your purchase will be 100% safe.

| SHIPPING

Products in stock are shipped in 1-3 BUSINESS days, except the day of purchase. All orders are shipped by USPS. Orders containing items requiring manufacturing ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days after manufacturing is completed. For different items production time may take 3-12 BUSINESS days. Priority Mail boxes and First Class International boxes are fully insured and signature required. USPS doesn’t insure local First Class envelopes. Small local orders shipped by First Class are sent in bubble envelope because First Class has weight limit up to 15.9 oz and any box-type packaging exceeds it. For local orders containing only single panel it is strongly advised not to use First Class shipping method. Unfortunately we cannot carry responsibility for any damage which may happen while First Class envelopes are in transit. Please consider using Priority Mail option for single panel orders or combine it with other products.

 

Transit time depends on Buyer's location. Shipping within United States usually takes 1-6 BUSINESS days (depending on state). International shipping may take 10 BUSINESS days or more depending on country. Promised shipping time is approximate, is provided by carrier and does not include weekends and holidays. Seller is not responsible for any delays in transit period or "item not delivered" cases, unless there was our mistake in processing or shipping and handling of an order.

| CANCELLATION

Buyer should note that order is accepted with understanding that it's not a subject for cancellation once Order Confirmation has been issued (received by Buyer). Anyway, Seller will try to find possibility to cancel an order if it wasn't processed to the moment when cancellation request was received from Buyer. All order cancellations issued basing on this agreement should be resolved only within Buyer and Seller and may be subject to Restocking Fee determined to cover any Seller's loses. No cancellation is offered if Buyer provided wrong shipping or personal information when placing an order, made an incorrect choice or changed his mind after an order was already processed and/or shipped.

| RETURNS

Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for Refund. Returned items should be received in our office NOT later than 45 days after day of purchase. All products must be in perfect unused condition, in the original packaging with all associated accessories included. All items are subject to 20% restocking fee if returned, unless there was our processing error. Please e-mail us at info@pcflights.com to receive Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. Return Authorization Number must be visible on the packaging box. Shipping fee is not refundable! Buyers are required to pay for return shipping. Any item returned without Return Authorization Number will require additional investigation and actions to locate and process it. Therefore, investigation charge in amount of 15% of item's price will be added to standard Restocking Fee.

| EXCHANGE

Exchange for a different product could be made in 30 days after day of purchase. Buyers are required to pay for return shipping and for new (exchanged) item shipping unless there was our processing error. All products must be in perfect unused condition, in the original packaging with all associated accessories included. Please e-mail us at info@pcflights.com to receive Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. Return Authorization Number must be visible on the packaging box.
 

| MEDIA & DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

No refund or cancellation is offered for downloadable products or for products sold on CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray disks or similar duplicable media. Buyer may request exchange or replacement in case if product delivered on CD, DVD, Blu-ray or similar media arrived damaged or became defective within 30 days from the moment of arrival. For open products delivered on CD, DVD, Blu-ray disks or any similar media only replacement for exact same title is possible.

| INTERNATIONAL

International buyers please note! Import duties (customs, brokerage, taxes, charges, etc.) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are Buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please do not complain about UPS extra shipping charges invoice. That is not our extra shipping charge, but your country customs office "Import duties" (brokerage, customs, taxes, etc.) fees charged thru USPS.

| DAMAGES

PLEASE CHECK THE BOX BEFORE SIGN FOR DELIVERY! If it looks damaged open it and check the item before sign. Initiate claim immediately if the item appears damaged. Please do not return damaged product to us. Contact us for replacement or for return/exchange authorization number and instructions if a return needs to be made.
