This is flight sim replica of F-16C Viper cockpit - UHF Radio Control Panel. It consists of two layers and is ready for backlight. Both layers were cut on CNC routing and precision laser machines and painted with two layers of durable industrial grade RAL-9005 (Jet Black) paint. Indicator windows has smoky glass which hides inactive LED Displays, but clearly shows active. Panel includes magnetic contact sensor/switch, normally OFF when LOAD button cover is open and ON when LOAD button cover is closed. Switch legs located on the back side of panel. |

Panel includes painted screws (not DZUS) which connect first and second layers and painted and engraved buttons. As on real F16C cockpit modules our upper layer outer edges and rectangular annunciator cutouts are finished on routing machine and have rounded edges, as well as all round openings (for buttons, switches, etc.) have hidden recesses to mask switch/button mounting nuts and washers. |
