PCB obtains power through mounted 3-pin connector, where "+" is on the 1st leg marked as +5V. Ground is on 2nd leg which is connected with 3rd leg. As shown on the picture, that allows one by one Ground connection of all indicators used in the system without spending a lot of wiring.
