Our universal PCB for indicator with parallel LED connections and installed
resistors allows using LEDs of 3.0-3.5V. Modern LEDs have voltage parameters varying from approximately 1.2V to 3.5V. Most custom cockpits built by flight simulator enthusiasts take power for indicators from 5V USB port. If each LED in the pair
needs voltage higher than 2.5V resulting overall voltage should be more than 5V.
Parallel LED connection allow use 3.0-3.5V LEDs without loss of brightness.
PCB obtains power through mounted 3-pin connector, where "+" is on the 1st leg marked as +5V. Ground is on 2nd leg which is connected with 3rd leg. As shown on the picture, that allows one by one Ground connection of all indicators used in the system without spending a lot of wiring. PCB has central hole which can be used together with
